A Recipe

Start with clear crystal tubing. Overlay the surface with hand drawn color glass of choice aided with heat from the fires.  Heat in the fires until soft.  Manipulate to the desired shape, surface texture and thickness. Blow into open end of the tube, using the right amount of force to create a bubble.  Pull, push, twist and turn the glass while blowing simultaneously if needed to achieve the finished shape you had in mind.

… only the simplest forms,  and these are the result, not plastic manipulation, but rather of allowing natural forces to assert themselves; they are shapes into which the glass tends to fall and draw when natural forces are allowed free play in certain directions.”
